1994年土耳其遊學團

中土兩國在1971年斷交以後，幾乎沒有任何來往。1989年首度邀請安大文學院院長來政大訪問。1991年政大教務長羅宗濤和外語學院院長金陵之連袂回訪。1993年安大與政大簽訂學術合作協議書。1994年7月底，我在東語系的行政工作告一段落，輕鬆愉快地帶遊學團去土耳其。
